Nepal Evangelical Lutheran Church (NELC) invites qualified and experienced consulting firms or individual consultants to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to conduct an evaluation of the Economic and Social Transformation through Sustainable Development (EAST-SD) Project.
NELC has been implementing the EAST-SD Project since 2024 with financial support from the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). The first phase of the project (2024–2026) is being implemented in Kamal Rural Municipality and Gauradaha Municipality of Jhapa District, and Ratuwamai Municipality of Morang District in Koshi Province, primarily targeting Santhal, Musahar, and other marginalized and vulnerable communities.
The project aims to promote inclusive and sustainable development through interventions focused on livelihoods and market linkages, education and WASH services, rights awareness and accountability, and community resilience to disaster risks.
Interested and eligible applicants are requested to submit their Expression of Interest along with the required documents no later than 7 July 2026.
